§ 1 Scope of application

Our services, vouchers and offers are based on these General Terms and Conditions. They apply for the duration of the entire relationship between Beautylounge AG - and the customer as recognized, even if they are not expressly agreed again. Conditions of any other kind are not recognized by Beautylounge AG.

§ 2 Own risk Purchase decision

The customer is not entitled to a refund in the event of a complaint about a company voucher or service. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to ensure that they are satisfied with their choice of products and services before placing an order or making a purchase.

§ 3 Own risk

The customer is aware of the risks of the services offered; he has informed himself and received adequate advice. They purchase a voucher or use the service at their own risk and have no right to reimbursement of treatment costs, compensation or damages if complications arise during or after the service. A service can only be used under one's own responsibility from the age of 18. If minors wish to make use of a service, the consent of a parent or legal guardian must be submitted in writing.

§ 4 Deadlines and cancellations

Booked appointments are binding and must be kept punctually. Appointments canceled later than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.

§ 5 Confidentiality and data protection

Beautylounge AG is obliged to keep all information discussed during the service secret and to treat it confidentially. Information is classified as confidential if the client expresses this or if this can be inferred from the content of the information. Confidentiality is waived if this is decided by law and Beautylounge GmbH is released from the confidentiality clause.

§ 6 Allergies and diseases

The customer is obliged to inform us of any medications taken, allergies, diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormonal disorders, haemophilia or similar and of any serious, infectious diseases or infections as soon as they become known or to answer truthfully if asked. At the same time, Beautylounge AG guarantees to maintain confidentiality about any illnesses or infections of which it becomes aware.

Subject to this, a service will be refused if a danger (infection) or similar is to be expected from its execution. If you are infectiously ill, you will unfortunately not be able to be treated. If you nevertheless appear ill at an agreed appointment, Beautylounge AG reserves the right to cancel the appointment and to charge a cancellation fee (100%) for the loss of earnings incurred. In this case, the following ALWAYS applies: Please also cancel at short notice to avoid the treating person falling ill! The fee does not apply if the appointment is canceled due to illness.

Beautylounge AG assures that all products used, as well as care products, comply with the Cosmetics Ordinance. However, as these are chemicals, an allergic reaction can never be ruled out. Claims for damages due to allergic or other reactions are therefore excluded.

§ 7 Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for the judicial clarification of disagreements is to be declared. The applicable law is Swiss law, place of jurisdiction Basel Stadt.
