Our large beauty studio at Bäumleingasse 22 in the heart of Basel opened its doors on 1 November 2010. The beautiful, spacious premises are crowned by a glass roof that fills the room with daylight and creates a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

Do all Beautylounge studios have the same opening hours?

Yes. All six Beautylounge studios are open Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 19.00 and on Saturday from 8.00 to 17.00. You can see available appointments directly in the online booking.

Until when can I cancel my appointment free of charge?

Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. In line with our terms and conditions, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are charged at 100 percent of the treatment price. The fee is waived in the case of illness, so please let us know even at short notice.

Yes, water, coffee and tea are available free of charge during your visit.

Can I work on my laptop during my treatment?

That depends on the treatment. During a pedicure, working on a laptop is quite possible. For treatments such as manicures, facials or massages, it is hardly practical.

Can I buy beauty products to take home at Beautylounge?

Yes. MAXERUM for lashes and brows is available in all Beautylounge studios. We also work with brands such as Comfort Zone, Cuccio, Essie, Meraki, O.P.I, OA Nails and CND Shellac. It is best to ask directly in the studio about the current range.

What should I know before my first visit?

The best way to book your appointment is online, by phone or via WhatsApp. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment so that we can start on time. We will be happy to talk through everything else with you in the studio.
