CRYOLIPOLYSIS
Still got stubborn love handles despite all that exercise? Or a little tummy that just won't budge, however many sit-ups you do? With our non-invasive method you can say goodbye to those annoying fat pockets – in just one hour!
With cryolipolysis, the fat pockets are kept at a constant -4 degrees for around 60 minutes. This breaks down the lipids, which your body then clears away naturally over the following two months. Clinical studies prove it: this method really works! Give it a try! You'll find our prices here!
CLASSIC BACK MASSAGE
Anyone who sits a lot at work or has a physically demanding job knows the problem of muscle tension in the back and neck only too well. Often without even noticing, we reach for our neck or press along our spine to ease the tension in our muscles.
If the pain doesn't ease and the tension is left untreated, a stiff back can weigh more and more on everyday life. With its wide-ranging benefits, a relaxing back massage is a great way to release tension in this area, help prevent back pain and find a greater sense of wellbeing.
Classic massage is a long-established and well-proven therapy, used as a holistic way to relax or energise the body. As you would expect, this massage focuses on loosening the back and neck. The skin and muscles are worked with stroking and kneading movements, which has a wonderfully positive effect on body, mind and soul. It also stimulates circulation in the tissue, which can release knots and even reduce stress. You'll find our prices here!
FULL BODY MASSAGE
In our full body massage we work with just enough gentle pressure to release and loosen the muscles throughout your whole body. We also work on the deeper layers of tissue, which are often hardened, stuck together or tense. Affected connective tissue, muscle fibres, tendons, ligaments, fascia and blockages are specifically targeted and treated with this type of massage.
During the treatment, the tissue is thoroughly loosened and kneaded with pressure and firm strokes. Targeted finger pressure means overworked spots can be treated with pinpoint precision. The exact sequence of massage techniques closely follows the lines of the muscles and the body's energy pathways.
This deep massage not only releases deep-seated tension, it also boosts circulation and stimulates the connective tissue. Studies have even shown that massage increases the release of oxytocin and serotonin. All the more reason to treat yourself to this one-hour pampering session with us. You'll find our prices here!

Your questions about body treatments, our answers
Does cryolipolysis also work for significant overweight?
Unfortunately not. Cryolipolysis is intended only for localised fat deposits, not for treating overweight.
Is the cold very uncomfortable or painful?
No, the treatment is not painful. At first it feels a little cool, then your skin gets used to it and the cold feels neutral or even pleasant.
How many centimetres can I lose?
Results are very individual. In most cases the circumference of the treated area is reduced by 20-25%. For the best results, you should eat healthily, drink plenty of water and exercise to help your body break down the destroyed fat cells.
Will the treatment make my skin sag?
No, the treatment does not make the skin sag. On the contrary: the cold often makes the skin firmer.
Do I have to exercise or go on a diet after the treatment?
Not necessarily, but exercise and a healthy diet clearly support your results.
Can the fat come back?
The treated fat cells do not come back. They are destroyed by the treatment and permanently broken down by the body. What can change, however, are the fat cells that are still there: if you eat a lot of unhealthy food, for example, they can grow larger again. With a normal lifestyle, though, the result lasts in the long term.
Is the result comparable to liposuction?
No. Cryolipolysis is a gentle, non-invasive method. It reduces smaller fat deposits, but it is not a substitute for surgery.
Do I need to prepare?
No specific preparation is needed. You can drink plenty of water before and after the treatment to support your metabolism.
Are there any side effects?
No, side effects are very rare and, if they do occur, very mild. Straight after the treatment, the skin may be red, warm or slightly swollen. Some clients get small bruises from the vacuum, but these fade quickly.
Is a massage painful?
No, a massage should feel pleasant. With very tense muscles it can feel a little more intense in places, but never painful.
Can I decide on the intensity myself?
Of course! The massage is tailored to you individually. You can tell us at any time if you would like the pressure to be firmer or gentler.
Do I have to undress completely for the massage?
No, only the areas being massaged are uncovered. You will also always be covered with a towel or a blanket. Our team places great importance on making sure all clients feel safe and comfortable.
What effects does a massage have?
Massages have many positive effects, and here are a few of them: massages boost circulation, loosen muscles, release tension, stimulate the metabolism and create a deep sense of wellbeing.
What should I do if the pressure is too firm or too light?
Just tell us at any time – the massage is adapted to your needs!
